Assuming the rest of the month continues the current daily sales volume (13.92/business day - M-F only), January 2014 should see about 304 sales, topping last year by about 10.

By the looks of things this could be the first month in over a year that doesn't beat the previous year's total.
Will be better than previous year's total as we have 10 business days left. We'll probably end up at 330 to 350 sales.

We will probably have over 300 sales for the month. We've had 15 sales so far today and it is only 2 pm.

It might lead to stabilizing of average and median prices, but certainly far from any sort of upward pressure on prices.
