I ask this on all of the real estate fb pages too, no one seems to have an answer but I feel like, and don’t quote me in this, but affordability seems to be getting worse, not better.

A bit of a dip, then flattish period before spiking again. I think we're in that flat period already, and didn't really see a dip this time.
