Marko, do you have any idea how many housing units there are, total, in the CRD, or whatever area the VREB covers?

I'm curious to know how many units are listed for sale vs. the total number of units in existence.

Don't know the total number, I will look into it with the VREB, maybe they can point me in the right direction.

There certainly have been a lot of new housing units added in the Westshore in the last 10 years.

The VREB publishes a list of the top 10%, 20%, and 30% of REALTORS®.

Beyond that they do not rank; however, they could easily as they provide every REALTOR® with their stats, updated at the end of each month.

Does that mean that there will be experts crying that the market is a bubble and we are all going to lose everything?

Does that mean the experts will tell us that the market is doing just fine and there is no need to worry?

It says it remains a slow market with way too many places for sale and that means house prices are declining but not in a bubble.
