Is the trick to spot the differences between the 3 photos?

Should have been sooner.

Exactly. Immediately or all at once you might even say.

The other tenant will be Tout de Sweet, a candy maker from Fairfield. Sign permit was filed with the City last week.

Tout de Sweet is now open on the Store Street frontage of the Janion. First commercial tenant, 14 months after occupancy permit for the building.

Hey i heard today that NUBO is one of the new tenants in the commercial section of the Janion.

Ooooooh, that'd be cool. They seem to have outgrown their current space.

How large is the current space? BP for the restaurant CRU says occupant load will be 49 patrons and staff

I assume NUBO is going to be closing their Pandora location and moving to the Janion? Or will they have two locations.. ?

Went and checked out the new plaza today it was nice. Also went for a walk down the stairs which lead to this patio in front of commercial space but then it is blocked on the other side. There were a bunch of yahoos down there drinking in the sun which made it very uncomfortable. Hopefully the property management can get the police to deal with that as it is private property...

Yes, there is still commercial space at the west end of the Janion for lease.

It's been a while since I walked around here; any sign of vegetation (trees etc.) going into the (probably unneeded) plaza space? It was pretty lifeless when I last saw it.

It’s hard to know where the city property starts and ends compared to Janion property. When the restaurant goes in we wil know better.

BTW the water side commercial space is still for lease.

City property starts where the brick walls end.  The balconies over the plaza required special status as they hang over the city property.

Yup, Janion is zero setback on the south side, with a couple easements for the balconies
