^ LOL that was what they called it. It was basically an elk meatball on the end of a stick. Unbelievably juicy and flavourful.

So the food was better than last year, which was (in my opinion and everyone else I know) quite a disappointment compared to year 1?

I thought lots of offerings were great. A few things were wonky and as mentioned earlier carbs were a little too common, but all in all it was a good gig. I really wish I could have fit more in but you get to a point where you can no longer look at food.

I am glad I missed last year.
I thought lots of offerings were great. A few things were wonky and as mentioned earlier carbs were a little too common, but all in all it was a good gig. I really wish I could have fit more in but you get to a point where you can no longer look at food.
I ate nothing more until breakfast the next morning.
