^ LOL that was what they called it. It was basically an elk meatball on the end of a stick. Unbelievably juicy and flavourful.

Dang, I missed it. Truth be told I was full so quickly that I must have only tried 30% of what was there.

So the food was better than last year, which was (in my opinion and everyone else I know) quite a disappointment compared to year 1?

I thought lots of offerings were great. A few things were wonky and as mentioned earlier carbs were a little too common, but all in all it was a good gig. I really wish I could have fit more in but you get to a point where you can no longer look at food.

I am glad I missed last year.

I ate nothing more until breakfast the next morning.

I'm disgusted with myself whenever I think back to this, but later than night I picked up two Whoppers :(

Am I missing something? I can’t seem to buy tickets, but it doesn’t say tickets are sold out.

And shouldn’t it be Langford, not Victoria as the location? 🤔

Ah, I saw on another page tickets don’t go on sale until tomorrow.

$146, plus GST, plus fees, per person. That’s going to be $160-ish. Holy cow.

That's on par with the Cheese and Meat Fest at Parkside Hotel, it's usually around $150 per person. And the Vancouver tickets are even more expensive!

I was telling Mrs. Mike K that I just can’t justify it. For close to $400 for two people, you really have to be a glutton for punishment via belly aches and hangovers.

You mean 'whole cow' because that's what I'd expect for that price.
