Other than the Legislature, the armoury is the most beautiful large heritage building in the James Bay neighbourhood IMO. BC is fond of getting rid of nice things.

It’s all up to treasury. They hold the keys for all projects like this.

You do realize this topic title is perpetuating a myth, right?

These are the legislative buildings for BC.

Our Parliament's buildings are in Ottawa, Ontario.

The  parliament  passes laws (legislates) but also represents people and runs government - so the parliament does some of its' business in the legilsative buildings, but also elswhere

yeah but, consider the source.

I guess they think it's more prestigious to say they're working out of Parliament, instead of our province's Legislative buildings.

I am OK with Victoria being Canada's new capital, just as long as the current Prime Minister never visits.

Horgan might as well grab power, now that they’ve lost control of Ottawa.

Don't give him any ideas.

Just drop all this BULLSH*T.  It's not funny.  Anyone who thinks this is funny is a child.  Ignorance and stupidity are DANGEROUS.  Grow up.

Police earlier tweeted they responded to a shoplifting call with a "possible weapon," that one person was arrested and there was no threat to public safety, but then deleted the tweet.

That would make sense. That's what they have done with every cold and flu case for the last two years....

Situation over no need to keep tweet up. Makes sense just what they have done so many times before.
