The progress here is painfully slow. I think the crews are breathing in too many fumes from the LEAF outlet next door.

That site is very complex its got nothing to do with them being slow.
There were issues with settling and water and mud and a massive amount of rock it is progressing at a good rate now.
It is picking up speed now and will continue. Its much more problematic than the others active now

And I never said that you said the crew were slow.
The progress has not been slow. They have been making progress each day.but each day has presented more challenges.
The Atlas store settled a little more than expected so more anchors need to be placed and additional shoring.

It was nothing to do with settling, water, mud or a massive amount of rock. There were issues at this site that caused delays. I'll leave it at that.

It actually did have a lot to do with it and you don't need to leave it at that say what you know if its relevant no mysteries needed here. The Atlas building settled up to 3 inches way more than acceptable.

It looks like just about enough lumber to build a ladder tall enough to climb out of the excavation.

Looks super cool! I drive by it everyday for work and it's good that at least 1 developer doesn't go all 2 story building on their land.

If the project falls through they can line the pit with plastic and voila, a new city reservoir. Or a public swimming hole. Or maybe both.

Alpha has a good track record, so I doubt this will fall through (unlike, ahem, a certain major development in Colwood). This site must definitely have its challenges considering how quickly Mondrian was built (in a slower market to boot).

Or a subterranean tent city.
