Parts of its deck is certainly going to lose most of its privacy.

That 3 million for about 1500 sq feet and mostly surrounded by druggies, You can definitely walk to Our Place in a couple of minutes. Or just get a decent house in Oak Bay.

The reflection on the balcony glass makes it look like there's a cool angled roofline down on Quadra at street level. Like a vintage burger place or something.
