Maybe you're right -- I don't know how to handle it. Say I tune into C-FAX, our next guest is Jim Keegstra, he's going to explain why the Holocaust was a hoax and how the Jews that did die had it coming, our phone lines are open...

They're a private company, just like Rogan's podcast, they're not beholden to anyone, right? But are we OK with that? Why?

I think what VW was talking about was Coast to Coast airing on the radio station at night, and hundreds of other stations.

But that aside, if you’re ok with the media giving antifa activists calling for the fall of society air time, why are you so worked up with Jones? Just tune him out.

A moral citizen stands up to injustice and denounces evil.

Some here lack backbone.

What Jones did to those Sandy Hook parents was evil.

Enabling Jones is vile.

Disagree?

But Biden loves antifa! Biden loves riots! Benghazi! Missing emails! The laptop from hell!

I'm tired of this garbage.

OK, I'll give you an example without invoking Godwin's Law:

Jerry Sandusky, Bill Cosby,  R. Kelly--is it OK allowing them a softball interview to rehabilitate their image?

Of course we all agree, but you’re not denouncing it with the impact you think you are, you’re just piquing people’s curiosity by going on about it, and making jokes about people watching it (like you did about me the other day).

I’ve never watched a Rogan interview in my life, other than the odd clip of Musk smoking pot. You’re mocking the guy and his content by claiming a moral high ground but it’s having the complete opposite effect.

Now while we sit here bickering, Rogan and Jones are splitting $5 million in revenue from the show, or whatever, all because of this angst.

So keeping quiet when we see moral wrongdoing seems to be the lesson here I guess.

No! But taking the moral high ground doesn’t work when you make it the butt of jokes at someone else’s expense. It cheapens your outrage, which in this case is relatively well deserved.

I could care less. But it’s because today you feign outrage about the content, that I gotta to call you out.

I bet!

Rogan made a huge mistake by signing on with Spotify. He’s now trying to be edgy, and he’s failing, a bit. There’s something to be said about being autonomous. Having Alex Jones on is ridiculous, and it reeks of desperation. Why have him on? What’s the benefit? Money? Maybe.

They've been friends since the 90s. This is the third time he's had him on

a huge mistake?  he got $100 million dollars just for going over.  he had to do nothing differently, and he got $100M for the effort.

alex jones is very popular that's why he has him on and yes they have known each other forever.

^ now remember youtube is less than1/4 of his listens/views.  last week's show is over 10M now on YT.

that show at 24M YT views gets rogan about $120,000 but that's only 1/4 of his income.  so it's a $500,000 income episode.

wouldn't you talk to jones for 2 hours to earn a half million dollars?

CanadaLand and some of their partner programs, such as Commons and OPPO, are great places to find Canadian content in an otherwise USaturated environment.

Media Indigena with Rick Harp is a weekly round table on mostly Canadian/North American issues, with a focus on how indigenous voices affect and are affected by those issues.

The Broad Experience is business-ish podcast focused on telling stories on/for/about women who work, and women who don't, and how the world is for people who identify as women.

CHEK has a new podcast and perhaps an opportunity for people outside of CHEK to use the studio to produce their own podcasts.
