People get offended for many reasons. Free speech isn't say whatever you want. If it is why can't people protest what other people say, why are you calling people names when they flex their right for free speech? See not only woke have views. Peterson's feelings aren't going to get hurt. He wants people to be agitated by what he says.
I don't think he has any interest in agitation.
I don't agree with lots but he's very smart and intellectually curious, and honest. He explores the borders of psychology and philosophy. His podcast discussion with Naomi Wolf (feminist activist) is a master class in disagreeing without being disagreeable, delivered by both Jordan and Naomi. It's also a good lesson in finding common ground.
Fascinating to hear Naomi Wolf describe the left as having lost it's mind, and become the truth-denier, and oppressor.

I suspect the protestors are focused on a sound bite, and have read or listened to very little of what he's produced. Usually the case...

Goodacre started organizing the rally Monday and since then she said she has already been called, “a whole lot of slurs.” She told the crowd at the rally she saw the event described as “a bunch of violent anarchists wearing masks, too afraid to show their faces.”

In February 2018, Peterson entered into a promise with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) after a professional misconduct complaint about his communication and the boundaries he sets with his patients. The college did not consider a full disciplinary hearing necessary and accepted Peterson entering into a three-month undertaking to work on prioritizing his practice and improving his patient communications. Peterson had no prior disciplinary punishments or restrictions on his clinical practice.[43][44]
In January 2023 the CPO, expressing concern that Peterson lacked professionalism in public statements, ordered him to undergo social media communication coaching.[48][49] Peterson denied any wrongdoing and filed for judicial review.[50][48] Peterson's appeal was reviewed in August of the same year by panel of three judges of the Ontario Divisional Court, who unanimously upheld the college's initial decision. The college ordered that Peterson should pay for the costs of his own training and noted that failure to comply could result in the loss of his licence in the province.[51] The decision was upheld on appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeals in January 2024.[52]

These high-energy lights get the crowd buzzing during team intros, goals, and wins, adding to the electric atmosphere. The lights were installed by Trimlight Van Isle with support from the Victoria Hockey Legacy Society, giving the arena a fresh and dynamic feel.
“When we were approached by the Victoria Royals for a potential partnership, we knew instantly that we would be aligning with a team that believes in excellence,” said Herman and Shannon Smelt, owners of Trimlight Van Isle.

I think the "wrestle with God" angle might not be compelling for many. Bad marketing.

Why pay to see JP when he's all over youtube for free? If you watch 10 hours of his content you've got the gist.
