According to a recent research study by Morgan Stanley, Ford Motor Company is on pace to outsell General Motors (GM) in the EV market for 2021. The research compares Ford’s EV sales through the first 10 months of this year against GM’s, while noting the latter’s halt to Bolt production.

Tesla has indicated that it plans to invest almost $200 million to expand Gigafactory Shanghai and hire 4,000 more people.

 

Gigafactory Shanghai has been an incredible success story for Tesla.

 

The automaker achieved an annualized production capacity of 500,000 electric vehicles at Gigafactory Shanghai within two years of starting production at the new factory.

I put a deposit on a Rivian R1S. Hopefully it all comes together some time around end 2022, early 2023.

The R1S doesn't have the cubby, only the R1T. The Rivian is what Tesla should have built. It also exists, whereas the Cybertruck is a vapourware afterthought of a high-as-**** spaceman more focused on building rockets than anything else at this point.

He builds more than anyone else, and with a profit margin higher than any other similar-priced vehicle.  And spends more on R&D than anyone else to make things better/cheaper too.

An electric truck that exists. Preferably an electric truck that doesn't look like it was designed by a high-as-**** spaceman more focused on building rockets than anything else at this point.

The R1 SUV and Truck are the only on trend EV's right now.  I dont want a ball/teardrop, and I need a back area for animals.
