It will. It’s unique. And looks very well built. Fits right into dystopian clown world.

It’s only unique for a few days.

Like any other Tesla, it’ll be as unique as a Honda once there’s enough of them. That’s the thing about the Teslas, they are so common now.

In >20 years of driving I've never had to change a tire on a vehicle. Once on a trailer..

Me either.  But I do change all 4 twice a year.  By myself. So much hassle saved with tire shops for the winter swap.

In this world-exclusive comprehensive First Review of the Tesla Cybertruck, Jason Cammisa tests Tesla’s Cyberbeast — in acceleration, handling, maneuverability, dent-resistance, and safety

— and races it down the ¼-mile against the Rivian R1T Quad-Motor AWD and GMC Hummer EV Edition 1 Pickup.

YouTube VIDEO: https://youtu.be/L6W...zNefP2vJnCZn1iS

^ That's a pretty fun video.

It's official; the CyberTruck is the fastest truck in the history of the world, 0-60 and 1/4 mile.

That's the US pricing. Canadians can only get in line for $150.

Ya, sorry, my browser bounced over to the US site.

But it's good to see Mike has been scouting the order page.   :rtfm:

What does it cost to wrap one of those?

From the factory:

And sure enough, today Tesla updated its accessory site with satin black and white wraps for the Cybertruck available at a pricey $6,500, and a “cheaper” clear satin wrap for $5,000 (satin is a middle-ground between “gloss” and “matte” finishes). These wraps, like the 3 and Y wrap, use thicker self-healing PPF film.

Top Gear Cybertruck review.

You have to admit this thing looks pretty damn cool.

edit - looks cool from the front. It has a great front end. I like it a lot.

The rear looks hideous. They need to change the back tailgate / quarter panel corner. It's awful.

It’s unique in a sea of sameness. The most impressive thing about Tesla is the design and manufacturing machine they have created.

All reviews - where the reviewer actually possessed the car - are very positive.

I haven't come across any off-roading test videos yet. I really want to see this thing roaring through sand dunes in Baja Mode.

Ya, they were not cleared to do that with the test vehicles. They will have to find an owner to lend one.
