Once this stupid Foundation Series finally gets done with and prices at retail drop, it’s game over for the re-sale market if people want to make a profit.
The CT is a joke. It was meant to unseat Ford, Chevy and Dodge, and is now little more than a novelty vehicle that nobody* talks about. All 100% predictable.

Wrong. Prices are dropping like a rock. That’s why Hoovies sold it. Car Max wouldn’t even make an offer.
This article does not say so:
https://www.autoevol...ter-235376.html
He just hopes Tesla won't sue him and won't come after him to get his profit or the $50,000 penalty as indicated in the purchase contract.
Car Max is not buying because sales are not technically allowed until the car is a year old.
And Musk just said the non-Founder series sales begin next quarter. So prices will be $20,000 less for a new one then.
All new cars depreciate right off the new car lot, what is spectacular is that Cybertruck didn't, until maybe in the next few months.
Buy a F-150 that's 2 months old and you'd save $15,000.
Buy a 3-month old Tesla Cybertruck and you still pay over $100,000.

Ford sold about 40,000 F-150 electrics last year.
Later this year Tesla will hit a 2,500-truck/wk. production rate (130,000/yr.).

Electric SUV maker Fisker files for bankruptcy
https://www.cnn.com/...ptcy/index.html
While growth in global EV sales is slowing, Fisker has also grappled with its own problems.
Its sole product is the Fisker Ocean electric SUV. Last year, around 10,000 of the SUVs were made but only about half had been delivered to customers, the company said in its earnings report in February.
The Ocean was also the subject of a review that month by American YouTuber Marques Brownlee titled, “This is the Worst Car I’ve Ever Reviewed.”
“Do not buy this version of the Fisker Ocean,” reads the video’s description. The video, which sent Fisker’s stock plunging after its release, has racked up 5.7 million views so far.
In a recent interview with Automotive News, the company’s founder and CEO Henrik Fisker admitted that the Ocean had quality problems. He blamed the issues on software from different suppliers that worked poorly together and said they were being addressed through updates.
Besides its own troubles, Fisker has had to deal with a jump in competition from established automakers since the company was established in 2016. Now, besides Tesla, heavyweights like Hyundai, Kia, Ford and General Motors offer electric SUVs that are similar to the Ocean but without the risks of dealing with an unknown startup. And China’s BYD has soared to challenge Tesla as the global market leader in EVs.

The EV market is imploding. Used car prices are crashing for all models and makes.
Sounds like a win for used-car buyers!
Why are you opposed to low vehicle prices?

But there’s not a lot of buyers if prices are cratering.

I didn’t say I was opposed!
But there’s not a lot of buyers if prices are cratering.
Willing sellers will sell, willing buyers will buy.
And until then, all used electric cars will remained owned - by someone that bought it.
When I look at used 2023 and 2024 Telsas in BC on AutoTrader, I don't see any "cratering". At dealerships or private sales.

I advised you to sell your Tesla stock when it was significantly more valuable. I am starting to think you EV boosters are masochists.

Except for the massive surge in un-sold EV inventory piling up on lots.
Tesla doesn't generally have lots.
