Councillor Madoff forgot about the BlueSky public hearing process when she mentioned that the only longer council session than the 1201 Fort Street public hearing sessions was for the Eaton Centre.

BlueSky had three, didn't it?

At least 3. How could she have possibly forgotten this. How did she vote re Bellewood?

- Loveday, Isitt and Madoff

You certainly can depend on the Triumvirate for their predictability.

Where was Councillor Young?

My mistake, councillor Loveday was in support. There was no change to the councillor's vote.

Told you the young-un has a mind of his own.

Then he should use it more often.

Isitt, Madoff and who else against? It was 6-3.

What about the Falls? Didn't that go two sessions?

In completely unrelated business, one of ONNI's projects in Richmond has gone to probably 6 or 7 public hearings over the last, oh, ten years. It's a mess.

Glad to see this project finally approved!

A friend was on the waitlist for townhomes in this development. They said that they got a call from Abstract stating that they were approved and that the townhomes start at $1.7 million.

What are the most recent property assessments like for the nearby SFH's?

Assessments don't run anywhere near $1.7 million.

Not a very good comparable, a 1939 house.  Folks, these homes will sell for what people are willing to pay for them and the developer will sell them for as high a price as he can.  That's how things work.
