Does the blue and white bandana correspond to anything?

 

Several rival Norteños gangs wear blue bandanas. I often see Norteños members (or at least people wearing their colours) in the downtown core.

When a person drowns, water takes the place of air in the lungs. The body becomes heavier and sinks. OK, seeing as how we started the passport scanning discussion here I will share what I learned tonight from my border guard buddy.

Some border points do not have scanners. Some have scanners for people on foot but not at the vehicle cubicle. So it is not unusual for a person to cross the Canada/US border (either way) and not have their passport scanned.

It depends where you cross.
