Same for me. The guy was fine once he fell for my story realized the truth. And in his defense, I was using a pretty serious camera at the time.

It’s probably some new guy working for the excavator. I’ve had a few exchanges with guys from out east who end up working sites here, who think they get to control who takes pictures of their site.

If you take unauthorized pictures of a construction site out east wouldn't you normally end up being a permanent fixture in the concrete?

Interesting side note. Right after I took this photo the safety manager from the worksite came over to me and asked why I was taking a picture. I'm not sure what he thought I was doing. I explained that I was just interested in tracking local development and that seemed to satisfy him.

 

You should've said you work for the Chinese Communist Party and you're just collecting data to test Canadian faces with their facial recognition software.

You end up becoming an oversupply of concrete. Correct.
