Some sections of rebar poking out of grade. It's the most fenced off construction site I've seen in Victoria.

About 6 concrete trucks were parked along the street beside this development this morning.

No photos but the building now rises above street level. Looks like the tower will be a bit closer to Vancouver street than the Wedge.

Given the glacial pace of progress at the Wedge, I dare say the Pandora project may even be completed sooner.
