Jeremy Boreing, co-founder of the Daily Wire, is stepping down from his role as co-CEO to focus on creative projects for the company, he told staff in a memo obtained by Axios on Tuesday.
Why it matters: Boreing has been with the Daily Wire since its inception in 2015. He helped grow the outlet from a tiny news startup with $4.7 million in seed funding to a media giant valued north of $1 billion last year.
State of play: Caleb Robinson, the company's founding CEO, will become the company's full-time CEO effective immediately. Robinson and Boreing have been co-CEOs since 2019.

Brett Cooper:
We’ll Do It Live!
Hey Folks!
Big news—I’m hitting the road! For the first time ever, I’m going on tour. Expect unfiltered takes, plenty of laughs, and maybe even a few surprises. An Evening with Brett Cooper is hopefully coming to a city near you so please see below cities, dates, and links to get tickets. I can’t wait to meet you all face-to-face.
Many of the shows are 18+ and even 21+, unfortunately that is the nature of comedy clubs. I'll be doing another tour towards the end of the year and hopefully I'll be able to accommodate some younger folks.
An Evening With Brett Cooper

Walsh says his two oldest kids are nearly 12, and he has never let them use the internet. They also just have one large central TV at home.
I'm not sure you can "protect" kids forever from the outside world. He didn't say how or when he's going to introduce this technology to his kids.
I think from maybe 7 or 8 years old we had a second TV at home, so us kids could watch different shows.

But it will make the kids the odd ones out, especially since they’re also home schooled. That can’t be easy.
Know it all.

Ya, they need to have some type of technology introduction plan at about this time.
