What the heck's going on with the digging there? Are they planning on expanding/creating a woonerf?

I believe they are extending the water feature from the old phase of Dockside to infront of these three towers as well.

Put one of those schooners docked across the inlet on one of the new plazas around, and voila: our very own Cutty Sark.

This is going up so quickly! Are they actively selling? I don't recall seeing any advertising around town.

Yes, they are selling phase 2, but without any fanfare, it seems.

Several units were listed on MLS today as pre-sales… I was surprised that they do not come with air conditioning as the original Dockside buildings have geothermal cooling…?

I could be wrong but pretty sure original dockside units don't have actual a/c. You can probably turn on the fan but I don't think the geothermal setup they have their actually cools the air.
