Good find! That answers the question as to what the future holds for this building.
This 30,203 square foot three storey building was recently purchased by Chard Development and is currently undergoing an extensive renovation program.

I had no idea this was doubling in height until the plans came across my desk. I thought it was odd they were putting an elevator in a 2 story building but then I saw the few residential units. The upper floors are so set back though that I don't think you'll be able to see them from anywhere other than up on the parkade.

I'm not really sure what's going on with the windows on the addition but I think there are only two additional floors
