You could easily rent it out for $100.
The original rental rate at Hudson Walk One was $135/month. It was raised to $150 when they realized how much demand there was for the spaces, not to mention their homes. The show centre will be closing on August 7th and only a couple two bedroom and townhome units remain, perhaps only one of each. The last remaining bachelor/studio was just leased.

I believe this is top rate for a parking spot in a secure underground parkade. I coudn't see people paying $200, but I could definitely see people paying over $100.
At the Era spots are going for $200/month. 834 Johnson has been around $150 per month for the 5 years I've owned there.

These are condo-style rentals though. The remaining two bedroom unit is going for $2,600/month, plus parking.
That's true! The interior reminds me of Corazon or the Wave in terms of quality.

Not really. Parking in a lot is at least $10 a day now unless your park a few blocks away from the core. CoV parkades are up to $12 a day.
