That property is not owned by Townline. though it would be an excellent opportunity for a slim tower on top of a 3-storey podium.

Are tenants set to start moving in next week? If so, we're close to marking phase 1 'complete'.

Yes, possession is August 1st. The push is on to clean up the units and finish up remaining paint jobs and whatnot to get the building ready for tenants.

178 units and 210 parking spots, I believe.

Yes, phase two has separate parking. There are three levels of underground parking below HW 1.

Parking spaces are $150 a month also.

I believe this is top rate for a parking spot in a secure underground parkade. I coudn't see people paying $200, but I could definitely see people paying over $100.
