Pamela Anderson has been accused of being a “home wrecker” after allegedly stealing her new man from another woman and breaking up a happy family of five.
It couldn't have been that happy. What happened to Jon Peters?
She claims he and Pam behave like teenagers, and said: “When he turned 40 last year she bought him a boat.
“He’s smashed her car three times now, and her boat twice. It’s a walking mess. They sit on their property drinking — it’s like the Dan and Pam show.”
Sounds happy now.

I'm skeptical as half the population of Sidney looks like him (1/4 of the men and 1/4 of the women) but if it was him my money is on that he was visiting James Island.

I bet you tried not to stare but I’m sure Bill was staring at you.
We were in around midday , only 2 other customers, really quiet. I was staring aimlessly out of the window and I saw him approaching. My initial thought was " I know this guy, where do I know him from." then the penny dropped, he came to the door then stepped back as he wasnt wearing a mask. As he's outside fumbling to find his mask I ( almost hysterically) say to the missus,look at this guy stood outside. She looks and then a few seconds later says "oh my god its Bill Gates".
He went to the counter orders something and my wife says hes american ( Im a Brit and cant tell the difference in accent, shes Canadian and can). Face, hair ,glasses everything say its Bill Gates.
Other than asking him we had no other way of confirming it.

that would surprise me too if he did not have them. although they might wait well outside in a small place like this.

Since he's out and about, I suppose that means he's been here for at least 14 days and free to move since he's out of quarantine.
Maybe it was the mayor. Cliff McNeil-Smith has some similarities.

In the early 1990s i tried to run a b+b in Brentwood. We took a couple of gay guys from the US to the Empress for brunch.
I mentioned to the guests that Kim Campbell, prime minister is Canada was sitting a few tables away having brunch with her mom. I mentioned that is this had been the President, the entire city would have been shut down.
When Kim went to the buffet, one of the gentlemen in a nice suit and an earphone quietly got up and went to the buffet with her. The two gay US gentleman met her at the buffet and asked to get her picture. She obliged, so somewhere there is a picture of Kim between two gay guys in the Empress.
There was another week dressed earphone lady standing at the door, and probably a van full of swat team during outside.
on a similar note - my in'laws were up from california some years back and for a real canadian experience i took them to timmy's for a bowl of soup
ernie eves, then premier of ontario, came in and walked up to the counter
never one to miss an opportunity to chat up the upper levels of government i walked on up and engaged him in conversation (mooching grant money, as i recall)
back at my table i tell the in-laws that that guy is more or less the equivalent of your governor - they were gobsmacked, no escort, no bodyguard, nothin' - just good old ernie!
