I think the quotes would be better served around the word "acting"....

So where is she staying, and does she need a chauffeur, a body guard....

Have they been filming in the school or just parking the trailers there? I haven't seen much action aside from the vehicles.

There has been a massive film undertaking at St. Andrews school in North Park for the last couple of weeks. No word on any impact on the resident chickens.
I saw that, lots of trucks and equipment out back.

They just keep the trucks/circus there. They are filming a pilot elsewhere for Hallmark's "Gourmet Detective" series.

Was talking to some friends who went to a Film Festival event last night down on Government Street in one of the large empty spaces
that are available near Broughton. The Naden Band was playing, some MLA's were in attendance and there was a long food line.
But they were somewhat surprised at the huge crowd that was packed in, and thought that the fire marshall might have had something to say about it.
Anyone else have that experience?

They've been stationed at the school for quite a while now. But yeah, it looked like there was actual production going on there the other day.
Know it all.

Does anyone know what's happening at the St Andrew's school yard on Pandora? There were a bunch of trailers there & it looked like they were filming something.
Oh my! So many vehicles pulling in and out, so many people running about. Won't anyone PLEASE think of the chickens?

A surge in local film and TV production is bringing economic benefits, with 10 productions expected to be filmed here by late April.
The Vancouver Island South Film and Media Commission is working with six companies on a growing number of productions, Gilbert said. She said at the current rate, this year is shaping up to beat 2006, the capital region’s best year yet, when 12 productions generated $18 million in revenue. A weaker loonie and a six per cent distant location provincial tax credit are among key factors in the surge, she said. - See more at: http://www.timescolo...h.YWk8gi1a.dpuf
