I saw a huge production of trucks at Esquimalt High School on Ellery St Wednesday... Filming something, one entire side of the street was taken up with production vehicles etc

It was probably Gary. :D

No; the Conference Centre has just finally found a tenant to take up space during their slack periods. :P

There was filming with a similar nutcracker theme at an empty storefront on Government.

The "Playdate" crew was set up at Galey (the corn maze) farms. Nice pix of the conf. centre.

Are they documenting the closure of Target?

I saw two setups on Blenkinsop on Tuesday afternoon, one at Galey Bros., the other farther north by the little golf course.

South Dakota? No wonder they don't want a megastore near by.

I hope Wellburn's keeps that mural. Would cause so much delightful confusion!

I'm waiting for aastra to say, "Why is Victoria continually obsessed with trying to emulate Spearfish, South Dakota"?

North Park has become a filming mecca. It seems it has been one production after another for about six months. Is the last 12 months something of a record for filming in Victoria?

They're filming scenes for a movie titled, "For Wheelz" on Broughton Street at the Ooh La La Cupcake shop. For the scene, they're turning Broughton Street into a one-way street, and simulating a near miss accident with an ambulance and a student driver.

We're worried about speed limits but we're still allowing student drivers to drive ambulances?
