This would seem to mean it's not downtown.

They specifically list the neighbourhood as being downtown. I think they're trying to imply that this "downtown" restaurant, unlike most, has on-site parking.

Has it been mentioned that the former Chinese noodle restaurant on Bay Street east of Blanchard (in the same plaza as 7-11, formerly Alzu's) has become Xin Korean Restaurant...?

Just went there on the weekend. Highly recommended! Their Japchae was delicious.

Dads is being strangled by the parking situation at that mall. I've been going there for years. It is an excellent eatery who no one can get to during the lunch hour because Sabhai Thai customers squeeze every spot in the lot. :mad:
