A nice and clean Cuban restaurant in Victoria downtown. A great location with an affordable rent of $3,180/month. Approx. 1,200 sq. The seller set up a bar in front side of the entrance, but hasn't utilized it yet. It has a lot of potential to grow. Bonus: An approx. 1200 sq. of storage in basement. Please contact the listing agent or your agent to view it. Please don't approach the seller or staff.

Ismo, so there are a lot of uncomfortable spots in other countries? Too many nice spots in Victoria to chose from.

Never struck me as being a “Cuban restaurant”.
And what is Cuban cuisine - isn't it just basically "Spanish" food with a twist?

Got curious and looked it up - here is what Wikipedia says - now I'm left to wonder what "Taino" is! But yeah as suspected there is Spanish influence which really is not surprising.

A Cubano is just a ham and cheese sandwich, pressed in a panini press, very Spanish.
But if it's made by someone from Cuba, it's different
