Interactivity on Yates is still only open for sales, I believe. They’re also taking advantage of the time to paint over the bright orange walls at the back.

^When you need cheap office clothes men go to Moore's, women go to Reitman's. Every mall needs one. You can't show up at a board meeting wearing faded American Eagle jeans with holes in them.
Well, I guess you can for the time being.

I think most men shop at either The Bay or Mark’s for casual business attire, myself included. Some clothes you find at Costco are higher quality than what you’ll find at Mark’s, and they’re great for around the house or Saturday afternoon attire on the patio, etc.

More than one. Reitman's holdings also include Addition Elle, Pennington's, and Thyme Maternity.

I've managed to get myself on the e-mail lists of most chain clothing outlets. From the discounts they have been feverishly announcing during covid, I was just waiting for one (or 2) to announce financial trouble.
I'm still an in person shopper though. Sizing just varies too much.

And RW & Co, which is where most of my office clothes come from.

The Bernard Callebaut Chocolate store on Broughton St has closed sometime in the last two months. The space is empty and there's a for lease sign in the window.

Going to see a lot more of that in the coming months.

This is too bad. Callebaut chocolate is some of the best you'll ever have. Their products make (made) excellent gifts. I think they may still have a location in Broadmead.
It seems as though the Callebaut brand has had some challenges long before the current crisis.

Well the business failed back in 2010 and was acquired by Cococo Chocolatiers

On a technicality, I think the previous news was closure of all stores in Canada, and the news today is all stores in both Canada and the US

Closures coming for Victoria's Secret and Bath and Bodyworks (the same parent company, who knew!). Victoria's Secret closing 13 of 38 stores in Canada, Bath and Bodyworks closing 1 store in Canada. No details on which locations will get the ax. via https://www.ctvnews....uggle-1.4948122
FWIW, both brands closed their Richmond Centre locations earlier this year.
