Anyways, Access does this but only 11-3 Tuesdays and Wednesday. I’d rather not take all this crap out of my van more times than necessary.

On SSI wouldn't you just put it in a burn pile?

https://www.ubiworks...false-narrativeThe generation that doesn't want to work.
Excerpt:
The Canadian labour force is aging and retiring at a higher rate than our working population can grow. Additionally, a factor hindering the growth of many businesses is a yearning for higher wages and more benefits – something rarely seen in the food and service industries. It was also found that students are taking longer to complete their post-secondary programs, and that current levels of immigration were not sufficient to fill job vacancies in a variety of industries.

Not like the UBI folks aren't motivated to discount any discussion that giving people money to do nothing results in them doing nothing.

We just happen to have a surplus of teenagers and young adults who are financially supported by their parents and do not have to participate in the labour market, if they don’t want to.
We’ve never had a society in modern times, where seniors are being encouraged to re-enter the labour market post-retirement, due to a lack of younger workers willing to work.

As employers stop making their employees wear masks all day and get shots to work a minimum wage job there might be more willing to enter the workforce.... There is also the trauma with going from a server to an enforcer over the last year or so. It's like the last two years never happened in these discussions.

Kaboodles was my go-to place when shopping for my niece and nephew when they were young.

I hope this store does well, kids need something better to challenge their minds.

it looks like the walmart on hillside is delayed yet again to the 16th now but i don't know if that's even reliable since the website just keeps saying coming soon. i wonder if the construction is even done or if it really is not enough workers..

...The new Supercentre is slightly smaller than the Uptown location in Saanich, measuring approximately 139,000 square feet — compared to the Uptown location which measures 221,000 square feet...
If one considers 37% smaller as "slightly".

A 22-story building is only slightly taller than a 14-story building. 221 units is only slightly more than 140 units. I'll remember this for future development controversies.
