I thought they were moving the Bastion Square canoe art here

Again I’d be happier with just a tree. I guess the totem pole is close.

The year is 1920. Horse & buggy travellers scoff at those using motor vehicles to get around. This will never take off they said and I can't imagine a government spending money on infrastructure for motorized vehicles!

Bikes have been around for 200 years.
Can you imagine what our active transportation network would be like if the government invested even a fraction of what it invests in motorized infrastructure over that 200 years!

You mean what motorists invest into their road network via gasoline taxation?
They even invest into your bike lanes, via those taxes, and into your transit system, via those taxes.

Hold up...are motorists of the believe that cyclists don't pay gas tax? Sure, they might pay less, but they pay too!
