How so will it be a "nice place"? Genuine question. High quality furnishings?

These guys have the financial offices and own the coffee shop. I don't think that shop will be going anywhere anytime soon

It appears they serve Drumroaster Coffee, which im not a fan of. Plus only 2 blocks from the Parsonage.
