The Penthouse is for sale - $10.9M

I'm FINALLY able to see inside!   :)

Click through to the listing agent's web site for lots of great pics.  BTW, that is Mount Rainier in the 3rd pic (on the web site).

Sounds like we VV-ers need to pool our funds and make an offer.

Anyone else find the walkscore figures a bit absurd?

69 - walkscore

65 - transit score

60 - bike score

How out of touch is that algorithm? Holy moly.

Depends how the "Culture and Entertainment" category is weighted, which is where Promontory scored poorly

Not that it matters. The only place the person buying that condo is going to be walking to is the Victoria International Marina. And even then they might need to drive the Mas over.

Gorgeous. Sometimes I really miss Victoria, but we had to move to where the work was. I also wish we could have afforded to buy in Vic west way back when, but had to settle for Saanich.

I guess we all have to make sacrifices.

I’d buy that condo in a second if I could!

Matt.

I know people that have a penthouse condo for sale in Swallows Landing for about $7M.

They can't sit out on their 3000 sq. ft. patio because of the wind, seagulls and crows constantly bombarding them.

Life's a journey......so roll down the window and enjoy the breeze.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but If you want to walk towards Downtown you have to exit by the road next to Roundhouse so you walk a few minutes the opposite way, then you have to make up that distance. Never noticed a path from the complex straight into Esquimalt Road but then I never tried to get into the area.
