I was just thinking about how they quote the 6mo avg in their Current Statistics, and it has me wondering. Is the 6mo average ($All sales past 6mo / Total number of sales), or (sum($last 6 month averages) / 6mo)?

3 bed, 3 bath new home in established older neighbourhood in Saanich/Maplewood, ask was $749,900. They got "close to ask".

Neighbours of ours listed their place at noon this past Monday, had a low-ball offer at dinnertime, had an accepted offer Tuesday dinnertime (less than 48 hours). Sold sign went up last night (Friday), all conditions are off. Insane.
3 bed, 3 bath new home in established older neighbourhood in Saanich/Maplewood, ask was $749,900. They got "close to ask".
