The rezoning application will go to public hearing Thursday, January 17 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. The public is invited to view the proposal and speak to Council about it.
I was planning on going to this meeting for another re-zoning matter (8 new townhouses at 920-926 Caledonia) but now I have two reasons. It looks like it will be a busy week for me.

Midnight Flush™
How about an homage to New York City: Flushing Meadows (a district within Queens)

I disagree, I think this will be less sleek; funkier--more of a Fluevog.

I said at the Public Hearing that this building helps preserve our residential neighbourhoods by placing the density forecast projected by the Coriolus report near the juncture of the density spine outlined in the new Downtown Plan.

PS/ Edit: good points, Rob -- and that stretch of Johnson sure needs all the help it can get! I'm so glad this passed.

so if that person isn't there it's like they don't exist. So everyone could abstain except for 1 person who votes no and it would be unanimously rejected.
