i'd say:
royals ~40 games 3500 average
harbourcats ~ 33 games 2500 average
pacific ~15 games 2800 average
shamrocks ~ 12 games 2500 average
grizzlies ~ 36 games 1000 average
rebels ~ 6 games 800 average
highlanders ~ don't know / don't know
various junior b hockey teams (saanich victoria etc.) ~ 36 games 100-300 average
then i'm not sure how uvic does. of course they have multiple sports. does uvic charge admission for anything other than basketball? volleyball? field hockey? soccer?
oh it looks like they charge for rugby and basketball only and field hockey.

^where are you getting the royals numbers from? HockeyDB has royals average attendance for 2018-19 at 4818
it's a very long-running joke now when they announce the nightly attendance and everyone there laughs. how it does not nearly match bums in the seats. they are super creative with what they count as a paid admission.

that's where all the cops and cilvilians park their cars. it has 24/7 live security plus cameras. safer than parking lots or parkades downtown. it's had cameras for over 30 years.
closed circuit direct to the police station and monitored live 24/7. by the police.

Thanks for running our letter today! As to mini-homes at RAP, correct in that IF IT IS BUILT (not 100% sure if that will happen yet), it will only take up a small portion of the lot, with space still available for fans coming to games. And yes, security will be in place from what we have been told.
