Thought I met attend one of the baseball games this summer.

Any recommendations on what day? Special event? Set of teams?

We only have SEVEN home games remaining, plus at least one playoff game on August 14th.

We play:

Sunday July 28 - Burnaby Bulldogs (non-league game)

TUES July 30 - Cowlitz Black Bears - 6:35 PM

WED July 31 - Cowlitz Black Bears - 6:35 PM

THUR August 1 - Cowlitz Black Bears - 1:00 PM - Business Person Getaway Day

FRI August 9 - Port Angeles Lefties - 6:35 PM - Jersey off our Backs Night

SAT August 10 - Port Angeles Lefties - 6:35 PM - FIREWORKS!

SUN August 11 -Port Angeles Lefties - 1:00 PM - Fan Appreciation Day

WED August 14 - PLAYOFFS vs TBA - 6:35PM (This is game 2 of the three game series and the first home game for us)(Tickets now on sale for this game)

THUR August 15 - PLAYOFFS (IF NEEDED) - 6:35 PM

Assuming we win the first series, we would then play in the finals at home on either August 17th, or on August 19th and 20th (if needed), depending on whether we get home field advantage or not.

Tickets for all games available at: https://www.ticketro.../event/season/1

Thanks to the detailed response above, I am now in possession of a ticket to the last fireworks game, Sat Aug 10!

My first baseball game since seeing the Expos play Olympic Stadium in the early 80s!

The Victoria HarbourCats have become the first team in the 14 years of West Coast League history to score more than 400 runs in a season. The HarbourCats have 409, heading into today’s regular-season closing matinée against Port Angeles at RAP, following Saturday’s 7-4 victory over the Lefties before 4,000 fans on Fireworks Night.

The performance has obliterated the old record of 360 runs, set by the Bend Elks in 2015.

Victoria (20-6 in the second half and 38-15 overall) won the North Division first-half title and playoff berth that goes with it. Victoria will start the best-of-three North playoff final Tuesday in Wenatchee, Washington, against the second-half representative AppleSox (17-8 and 39-23). The second game is Wednesday at RAP. The third game, if required, will be in Victoria on Thursday.

Last night was a ball!

The game was great, it is kind of like being at a fair. I had a total stranger talk me in to joining him on the zip line, had great chats with other attendees, the kids have fun, the sunset was beautiful and the fireworks awesome.

The Red Arrow beer though is awful! Tried the Piggy and the Kolsch. Nope.

The North and South champions will meet in the best-of-three WCL final.

If Victoria makes the league final against the defending champion Knights, the first game would be Friday evening at Royal Athletic Park and the next two games Saturday, and, if required, Sunday in Corvallis.

A Victoria versus Sweets league final would begin Saturday in Walla Walla, with Game 2 on Monday in Victoria and Game 3, if needed, next Tuesday also on Caledonia Street.

The top two sports franchises in Victoria are now using the same platform on the most important aspect of operating events -- ticketing.

The Victoria HarbourCats are pleased to announce today a multi-year agreement to have ticketing services supplied by Select Your Tickets, which is operated by the GSL Group. Select Your Tickets is the provider of tickets to the Victoria Royals and Kelowna Rockets, along with countless music and concert events that take place at the Save-On Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, Prospera Place in Kelowna, and other venues.
