Never even saw them go for rent. Rumour has it they are renting to 989 folks first till the building is complete.

Oh I'm sure there are some folks who love that arrangement. Who else can offer new-build rental accommodations while a buyer waits for his new-build condo to complete? That's awesome.

They went out for rent just after Christmas and I posted the rental rates awhile back.  No idea about the rumor

^I remember now... just seemed like there was no big fanfare with this one.

The rent to 989 I know because friends bought in and they were promoting the ability to rent here when there condo was finished.

I notice some vivid blue glass is now starting to appear in the balcony railings. The Pandora side stairwell is glazed the same way.

The oil-canning of the steel siding on this is pretty severe in some bits.

  

Hopefully, this is not an indication of the overall quality of construction on this project.

I anticipate that the city would not let a developer build something too tall given the narrow footprint...
