Anyone know what will go in the small surface lot behind this building? (in between Mondrian and that old eyesore building)

Not sure what the last rendering posted was, but this is what Cox has on their website. Vic Map shows that a Building Permit application is in process for 37 residential units and 1 CRU at grade. The DP was issued by Council last year (https://pub-victoria...documentid=1359)

Noted today that the building now has a new address. I believe it is 1099 Pandora. I guess the Nazi reference was hurting rentals.

That’s for the commercial entrances off pandora but the residential access is at 1488 Cook.

It's an attractive design but must it be exactly 10 storeys? The four buildings surrounding it are also 10 storeys.

Apparently there is a daycare moving into one of the commercial units here. Would work out well as there is already a play structure on site.
Also, this one is long complete.

I was thinking of creating sub-forums for individual phases as a better way of organizing the projects and not having to change titles all the time.

Also, this one is long complete.
The BP has finally been issued for this one. No idea on operator or capacity, though.
