This is how many tech giants, including social media companies, themselves operate.

They’ll take action against your account, and won’t necessarily tell you what you did wrong, or what content caused their response. They’ll just refer to their rules and regulations if you enquire. If you try to fight it, they force you to identify what you ‘think’ you did to warrant their action, and what you plan to do about it. Talk about a kangaroo court system.

The Brazilian court appears to be literally playing by these companies’ own rules.
