I recall first seeing that Campion Road home come up for sale at least 6 or 7 years ago.

It's been for sale constantly since then.

It's a beautiful home, and a stunning view - but one can't help noting that it looks like it will all, over time, eventually wind up down at the waters edge.

One would guess that any buyer paying $12 million for a home on the edge of one of the highest, steepest dirt cliffs in the CRD would get some sort of land engineering survey done first.

That giant flexible pipe snaking its way down to the water looks like it's on the property - you'd have to enquire as to whether it was a legal installation and whether it was permanent or temporary?

Also, is there a water runoff problem or collapsing bank issue on that property of such magnitude that it needs a 12" drain hose marring the landscape of the actual waterfront portion of the property?

Here's a fantastic opportunity to purchase waterfront property and build your dream home. This flat half acre lot features low bank waterfront, mature trees and is close to many marinas to take advantage of world class boating and fishing. The vibrant town of Sidney is only minutes away providing all amenities including schools, shopping, and restaurants. BC Ferries and the Victoria International Airport are also close by. Property is zoned R-2.

It could get a little loud there, no? Living next to a terminal is no joke.

Yeah, but with the amount of ferry runs they cancel it's not that bad.
