There is a well know Victoria Developer (not a car dealer) with a very nice car collection that includes a white Porsche 993 Turbo just like the one in the garage photo.

Looks like zero. Might not be able to cross to the island except at low tide.
It's quite a property, of course. It's not much of an existing house. At least the exterior, inside is nice.
