That's correct, the only remaining unit for sale is the Carr Penthouse (NE-facing) listed at $799k I believe.

I see the siding is definitely more orange/wood tone than the yellow shown in the rendering.
I was hoping that was another layer of building wrap.

Nope.. I like that combination, a brighter vibrant orange would have been preferable, but this is a brownish orange.. burnt orange, don't know exactly what it's called, or why the change.
Here's a shot I took today which shows it perhaps a little more clearly:

Methinks a strong splash of colour or some interesting material would make a huge difference re: Concert's building for the motel site.

I took a close-up look the other day. That brown/orange surface is very nice looking. While I was watching a dump truck was dropping of a bit load of stones, that they lifted to the roof. No idea, they were fair sized. 2 and 3". Maybe for landscaping up there or a fire pit etc.

Chard's buildings really challenge that oft-heard complaint re: all new condo buildings look the same. Considering the constraints re: the small footprints of these sites and Victoria's strict height restrictions, there's quite a lot of variety there.

Right here, and I'm liking the look. Recent communication from Chard predicts early March move-in.

Cool! I hear the last unit remaining is one of the penthouses (or at least one of the upper level 2BR's) facing northeast.
