100% of California wines tested positive for the toxicchemical in Round -up. Think about all the fish that are testing positive for caffeine thanks to Starbuck etc.
Think about all the meds we have pissed out for decades. Septic is the safest way to go!

Septic is the safest way to go even a densely populated area?
Is it a problem for fish to have caffeine?
I lost the ability to drink wine when I was 16.

You have a stronger will to live than I would have in your situation.

tc has a partial list on ones closing and staying open
of the majors
trees to stay open
farmacy to close
must be a bit concerning to just turn your existing client base over to an illegal competitor like this
Gorge Medijuana, The Green Hart, Green Buddha Medicinals and two Farmacy dispensaries are closing their doors
Alex Robb, director and general manager of five Trees dispensaries in Victoria and two in Nanaimo, said he intends to keep the businesses open.
Lotusland Cannabis Club, Burnside Dispensary, Ocean Group, and Leaf Compassion Cannabis Dispensary have also indicated they will stay open.
Looks like Green Hart will be re-opening. A BP was issued yesterday to strip out 475 Gorge Road E, and there's a BP in progress for a cannabis retailer. A sign permit for Green Hart was issued back in April 2019.

On the provincial cannabis website store: $4.97 a gram $16.97 for 3.5 grams. https://www.bccannab...=19473056466768BS but necessary to explain why the Province is spending more money on pot policy and enforcement then it is receiving in pot revenue.
The #1 issue is that law enforcement in BC turns a blind eye to the massive illegal grow ops and as a result the black market is 1/2 the price of legal pot with more diversity and ample supply.

Outbreak of Lung Injury Associated with E-Cigarette Use, or Vaping
The latest findings from the investigation into lung injuries associated with e-cigarette use, or vaping, suggest products containing THC play a role in the outbreak.
- CDC has received data on substances used in e-cigarettes or vaping products in the 30 days prior to symptom onset among 514 patients.
- About 77% reported using THC-containing products; 36% reported exclusive use of THC-containing products.
- About 57% reported using nicotine-containing products; 16% reported exclusive use of nicotine-containing products.
...The specific chemical exposure(s) causing lung injuries associated with e-cigarette product use, or vaping, remains unknown at this time. ....

More than a year after recreational cannabis first went on sale in Canada, consumers will finally be able to buy edibles, concentrates, and vape pens in mid-to-late December 2019. .....

Better to stick to original old fashioned marijuana in bud format.

At about 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Victoria police and the Community Safety Unit raided the Cannabis Buyers Club’s Johnson Street location.

Dylyn Wilkinson, who prefers xe/xem pronouns, stood outside the shop as police raided the inside holding a sign to show xers life. Wilkinson suffers from PTSD and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a disorder that affects connective tissues supporting the skin, bones and many other organs and tissues, and credits the medicinal cannabis for saving xers life.
Dylan Nickerson, community liaison and employee for the Cannabis Buyer’s Club, said they’re not going to let the raid stop them from doing business.

Alternative pronouns irk me, not because I take issue with gender identity, but the lack of clear conjugation and grammar rules for their use. Xe/Xem should conjugate to Xer when possessive, yes? CHAOS!

Canopy Growth (CGC): When Will the Horror Show End?
When investors thought Canopy Growth (CGC) couldn’t report any worse numbers, the company shocked the market with another big miss. Digging into the numbers, the underlying trends were better than the headlines, but the leading Canadian cannabis LP has a long way to go before the business is supportive of the current valuation still around $5.2 billion.

Yeah, big miss today. The pot industry remind on shaky ground due to super slow permitting for businesses to open and sell the product. Even in Victoria there are only a handful of legal stores so much of the consumption still feeds into black market supply chains.
The legal industry is finished. Nothing to do with slow licensing and everything to do with levels of Government who have no will to shut down illegal growers. As long as the street value of pot remains half the price of legal pot with more varieties and more potency then things will not change. Shutting down the odd illegal shop will do nothing.
