i think the general consensus now is that we should not view renters as more problematic or less desirable than owner-occupiers. and it's not fair to be prejudiced against them. rightly or wrongly.

The transitory nature of many renters, while not necessarily problematic, certainly sets them apart from owner-occupiers.

Going by the size of the tower my estimate would be April, then an average of about a floor per week (topping out in September).

I think as it starts to come out of the ground it will garner more attention. There's not much about pouring the concrete for underground parking that gets most people very excited.

In general I would say rental buildings get less attention than condos.
