The Iron Works web site indicates that the development consists of five total buildings (mods: should the project description be updated?).

LeFevre is marketing 515 Chatham; the next four phases are 533 Chatham, 535 Chatham, 537 Chatham, and 530 Herald.

Chapter 1 is how 515 Chatham is being marketed, with chapters 2, 3 and 4 to come. If I look at their main photo, unless I have my bearings wrong, it seems to indicate some sort of heritage building at Herald and Store Streets, where there is only a parking lot. Do I have my bearings wrong?

That's the nonexistent mystery building that we noticed in their renderings going way back.

If the phantom building on the other block represents something that's actually in the works, I sure hope they aim more for the 4- to 6-story range as versus the ~3 stories that seem to be indicated.

I'm fine with 4-5 story buildings,  just build a ton of them.  Carpet the neighbourhood in buildings like these, replace every 1-2 story building and parking lot.

I used to have a studio in the Wilson Bros building. Le Fevre did a great job on that building, imo. It was a fun space. Sadly... it looks like the view looking west will officially be cut off if this development is carried out.

NE, when aboita would that have been? I used to have an office in the rear of Le Fevre’s office building next door and then across the parking lot in one of the ground floor lofts. I wonder if we passed each other and didn’t even know it.
