Are all the Pearl retail/CRU units accounted for now? This area seems to enjoy a much lower vacancy rate than their counterparts along Douglas or Government Street.

TAIT, Edwin Bruce

1950 - 2025

Heaven recently received a new Development Manager. We only hope the angels are ready for Ed's never-ending requests and follow-ups.

Ed passed away on June 25, 2025, at home, in the arms of his wife and surrounded by family.

After a career that began with blasting roads on Vancouver Island, Ed became a driving force in real estate development. From the late '80s onward, he helped shape Victoria's landscape, playing pivotal roles in projects like Shoal Point, Harbourside, Dockside Green, and The Pearl. He launched Christmas Hill, Spirit Bay, and was part of the Bamberton initiative.
