I believe this was the property that had the fire on Easter Monday morning, as reported on the other thread -

Unless I'm mistaken, it started in a shed and spread somewhat to a rental suite in the old wooden house (before it was put out), which might not be occupied as construction fencing is now up.
Is this property monitored by the developer? It's been a bit of an eye sore for almost a year (tall grass & weeds not cut, dumping ground for garbage and abandoned trolleys never cleared out). There was some talk by neighbours that the shed was being used by the homeless.
