Technically true.

You're a one minute walk from five neighbourhoods.

Wow. I had never considered the border situation like this.

What’s that all going to look like post-border realignment?

Who here knew the Robbins Parking building was Fernwood? Pretty sure any re-alignment will see DT/HG nibble away parts of Fernwood and Fairfield. They don't really pay attention to those far corners anyway so might as well.

But are they Victoria's BEST neighbourhoods?

that's the problem.

Rockland/Gonzales/Fairfield/South Jubilee all beats it.

The Nest prep continues. Just when you thought weekly Wade updates were too much, how about daily Nest updates?

I jest.

And to tie this together Wade’s sales centre was in this complex.

When I went for my tour at Vivid, people were peeling off Yates on Yates graphics on the Yates building and replacing them with Nest graphics.

I'm not sure that's something to crow about. It might start a flap. Or take a tern for the worst. You could try winging it, but don't be surprised if Mike K. gets soar when you don't follow the pecking order.

By now I just assumed everyone would get into formation without me having to squawk about it. Good griffon.

I can’t believe you pear of partridges have the gull to beak off about about Nest photos...

It’s along my daily migration patterns so I have no problem regurgitating up some photos for the Vultures of Vociferous Victoria.

Top of the list for buyers is ample outdoor space. Each NEST home features an oversized balcony, with average balcony size set at 109 square feet. The two-bedroom suites boast balconies that range from 110 to 775 square feet.

“Homeowners will have ample room for landscape pots and heaters, so they can be used year-round,” Pryde says.

“It’s an outdoor room. Just slip on a jacket, turn the patio heater on and have your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of the day.”

Beyond the features of the suites themselves, residents of NEST will enjoy the large, landscaped central mews with garden plots. The mews will also feature a children’s play area and chalk wall, as well as a dedicated dog run.

Great, thank you.

$427k starting price for a 480 square foot north-facing unit.

It looks like the target is in the $880-$910 square foot range.

I just noticed that Chard has changed the marketing for the Haven development on its website. It used to say that units would be available for "up to $70,000 under market value". Now it says that if you pay 10% down, they'll match it and kick in 10%.

I still find $900 per sq. an amazing price.
