Great!

Completion is pegged for earlier in the spring of 2024 for Haven, and late spring for Nest.

Do you have a source for this?

Sure:

As for Chard Development’s other interests in Victoria, move-ins at its six-storey, BC Housing-backed Haven condominium underway on Johnson Street at Cook Street, are anticipated by early spring of next year. Its 12-storey market condominium counterpart, known as Nest, will welcome residents by late spring.

Not much more to see in these photos that Marko didn't capture in his pictures from July 16th, but I was nearby and thought I'd snap a couple anyway.

I talked to the sales manager recently, and she said tentatively mid summer for Nest completion. I walked by last weekend, and they were starting on the 5th of 12 levels. Haven is looking great!

Last time I ran by it looked like they had the 6th floor slab was blocked out and framing was starting on level 2! Going fast.

Mid-summer 2024 - right?

Do you figure they'll be moving in before people move into the Wedge?

At this point that seems like a distinct possibility - at least into the low-rise buildings.

Some up-to-date images of Haven and Nest.

The cladding seems a bit dark and severe, but I'll reserve final judgement until completion.

It's a shame the Fernwood guidelines did not allow this to be taller. It seems a bit truncated.

I would have liked to see the nest 22 floors not 12 ...

The Haven looks rather bland with its cladding. Hopefully the balcony railings make up for this a bit.

I've mentioned this before. I think Every 10+ storey building in Victoria could be 10 stories higher and the city wouldn't feel dramatically different.
