The window/envelope assembly on this building was insanely quick. Some sort of modular system? Anyone have any insights?
Not sure if someone can spin these around for me?

Hard to believe this will be the first condominium to complete since 2021. Pearl might beat it out, but I don't know if they have the momentum to pull it off by year's end. If both projects slide into 2024, that'll mean downtown had a two year period of no new condo occupancy over two years. And in 2022, no new units completed downtown for rentals, either.

Looks good. Interesting how the window panel arrangement flips at the top floor. Also glad to see there is no massive and clunky elevator shaft on top too. Better get the A/C window units out though, those south and west upper floors are gonna be cooking in the summers.

Either the construction hoist is coming down or an HVAC unit will be lifted in. Mobile crane on-site Tuesday evening.
